I’m sure that most of us take for granted the comforts of our relatively quiet lives. Synth band BlazerJacket from Ukraine don’t have that luxury, as they create new music while bombs are dropping nearby and Russian forces lurk in the streets of their city, Kyiv. William Zimmerman of New Dark Ages PR has forwarded this info to me, as BlazerJacket is his client.
The tune “Get Out,” featuring Dirty Bird 13, is immediate, visceral, and unlike so much electro rock, it’s not drama based on imaginary scenarios. Unfortunately. We can only hope that Vladmir Putin is deposed before his maniacal invasion does more damage to the innocent people of Ukraine. In the meantime, from the war zone, here’s the video, bringing real meaning to the phrase ‘under pressure.’
